Story
I started out at Bain & Company — consulting across
EMEA and APAC out of London, Johannesburg, and Sydney —
before moving into product. Since then I've led product or
operated as Chief of Staff at a string of companies, four of
which were acquired.
I've sat in the CPO seat three times (App Annie, Tubular Labs,
Hangar), led product through Apple's ATT shake-up at
Branch, served as Chief of Staff to the GM of a
~$30B Ads business at Google, and now do the
same for the CEO of Deepgram as it scales
voice AI for production.
I like hard problems with messy edges — the kind where
strategy and execution can't be cleanly separated, and the
only way through is to do both at once.
Work
VP, Chief of Staff
Supporting the CEO in keeping Deepgram focused on what
matters most — and shipping it. Operating rhythm,
strategic reviews, board prep, and the cross-functional
workstreams that don't have an owner yet. Voice AI for
production.
Chief of Staff · Group Product Manager
Chief of Staff to the GM of one of Google's largest Ads
business units — ~$30B in revenue, ~2,000
people. Designed and ran the full exec operating
cadence; owned OPEX and headcount through multiple re-orgs;
acted as decision proxy in VP forums.
Before that, Group PM for measurement across Display and
YouTube Ads. Drove the strategic case for
Meridian — now Google's flagship
marketing-mix modeling platform.
VP of Product Management
Led product through the most disruptive era in mobile
attribution — Apple's ATT, SKAdNetwork, Private Relay.
Redefined Branch's core attribution logic with modeled
conversions, federated learning, and on-device signal use.
Guided the company through pandemic-era restructuring and
rebuild.
Hangar Technology
2018 — 2020
Chief Product Officer — Acquired by AirMap
Brought in by investors to assess strategic options.
Streamlined product and GTM, repositioned the platform
around CV-enhanced drone inspection for construction,
telecom, and energy infrastructure, and led the company
through a successful acquisition by AirMap.
Prior to Hangar: led product and ML at DroneDeploy
— including Live Map, the world's first in-flight
aerial mapping tool.
Chief Product Officer — Acquired by Chartbeat
Repositioned Tubular from a creator-focused analytics tool
into an enterprise video intelligence platform — opening
new GTM with media agencies, TV networks, and streaming
platforms in the rise of YouTube, Facebook, and OTT.
EVP Product — Acquired by SensorTower
Led product, UX, data science, research, and product
marketing through hypergrowth. Grew revenue from
$3M to $60M ARR in three years, scaled the
user base from 100K to 600K+, helped raise
$150M+, and lifted valuation more than
16x. Built and led a 50-person product and
GTM org.
Confused.com — Head of Product &
Digital Marketing Director. Scaled the UK's leading
car-insurance comparison site into a
$750M+ annual revenue channel
($120M+ in commission). Acquired by
Red Ventures.
